The Marketing & Publicity Committee works with our current pro-bono firms MMA Creative and Katcher, Vaughn & Bailey to get the word out about all that we are doing. During this time of the year for CORIOLANUS they are identifying celebrities and leaders of groups that may enjoy a walk on roll in exchange for bringing their group to donate at the park. The Education, Programming & Volunteer Committee works with staff on the development of new programming ideas and facilitates opportunities to present our pitch in person with a power point. This committee is very hands-on at Shakespeare in the Park and during Winter Shakespeare. They will be helping facilitate solicitation and collection of donations at the park and performing concierge for VIPs that the marketing committee has secured to come. As we grow visibility of our workshops for both adults and students, this committee will be highly engaged year round.

The Fundraising, Development and Advocacy Committee works with Executive Director to identify new corporate and foundation leads and works heavily in requests for individual donations. They will be spear heading house parties and fundraisers for CORIOLANUS FOR CONSUL 2008. This committee will be working on events as soon as the marketing committee has the tools to plan.
