Committees

The Marketing & Publicity Committee works with our current pro-bono public relations firm Katcher, Vaughn & Bailey to get the word out about all that we are doing. This committee will be working on our Winter Shakespeare campaigns in Oct-January.  During Jul-Aug, things heat up on Shakespeare in the Park!  We are looking for social networking support to serve on this committee year round.

The Education, Programming & Volunteer Committee works with staff on the development of new programming ideas.  This committee also helps facilitate opportunities to present our programs person to any group that is interested. As we grow visibility of our workshops for both adults and students, this committee will be highly engaged year round. This committee is very hands-on at Shakespeare in the Park and during Winter Shakespeare.  They will be helping facilitate solicitation and collection of donations at the park and help with student matinee concierge at Winter Shakespeare.

The Fundraising, Development and Advocacy Committee works with Executive Director to identify new corporate and foundation leads and works heavily in requests for individual donations.  Members of this committee will also be involved in communication with local, state and federal officials regarding the value of our work to the community.
