Nashville Shakespeare Festival Ticketing Policies
These policies apply to ticketed events that are open to the public. For School Performances, visit our Education pages.
Exchanges & Refunds:
All Sales (other than Royal Package Tickets) are final.
Royal Package Ticket Holders may exchange, refund, or modify your order without additional charge until 8am the day of your performance. Thereafter, sales are final.
If your performance is cancelled by NSF due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be entitled to an exchange or refund without additional charge.

Additional Ticketing Notes:
Your personal information will not be shared. We do ask for your phone number and email in order to reach you with important updates and/or day of show information.
Your credit card information is securely transmitted and cannot be viewed by anyone once it has been entered.
We charge a minimal service fee on each ticket (except for VIP Royal Package tickets) in order to cover ticketing and processing fees.
